Nomads of our time. Start of the exhibition in Schleswig

The ancient craft of Transhumance is threatened with extinction. But they still exist: itinerant shepherds, also in Schleswig-Holstein. Her work stands in stark contrast to our fast-paced, digital world.

This contrast becomes noticeable in the Photo report “Nomads of our time. Migrant sheep farms in Schleswig-Holstein”, which I was able to complete at the end of 2022.

The exhibition with 75 works from this series will be presented for the first time from March 31, 2023. The venue is the gallery of the Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse in Schleswig, Stadtweg 18.
